Our villa overlooks the beautiful Caribbean Sea with views from all 3 levels. The villa is located at KM 16.5, on “Hotel Row” on the island of Cancun; it is part of a 36 villa complex “Cancun Concorde Villas”.

The main floor consists of a living room with satellite TV, DVD and CD/Stereo. The dining room seats 6; the kitchen is fully equipped. The laundry room and maid’s quarters are off the kitchen. The patio off the living room has a wrought iron table and chairs for relaxing and taking in the view or just listening to the soft whisper of the palm trees.

The Master Suite has a California King Size bed with a TV and private bath. The 2d bedroom has 2 full size beds and the 3d bedroom has one full size bed and a full size Futon. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Each bedroom has a balcony with outdoor seating.

The villa has air conditioning and ceiling fans; includes all local calls. Round trip airport transfers are included via private van.
